1. 旧コンテンツの完全移管と統合

明日以降、旧サイトで公開していた「旧チンクエチェント（Nuova 500）」に関する全ての記事を、本サイト（fiat500.online）へ正式に移管・統合いたします。単なるコピーではなく、最新の知見を加筆・修正した「完全版」として再構築いたします。

2. オリジナルデータによる「真正性」の証明

1. Background and Ownership
I am the legitimate creator and copyright owner of the automotive blog "Cinquecentista". I previously operated this blog under the domain "nuova500.net" until December 2024. After the domain expired, a third-party (the current operator of nuova500.net) acquired it. My current official website is now hosted at:

2. The Nature of the Infringement
The current operator of "nuova500.net" has scraped, duplicated, and republished my historical content—word for word—without my permission. This includes:
- All original articles and maintenance guides written entirely by me.
- Numerous original photographs taken by me (e.g., photos shot in Vicenza/Venezia in 2012).
- Third-party copyrighted materials that I was legally authorized to quote.

This is a malicious, 100% clone website designed to intentionally mislead the public and impersonate my brand. I have absolutely no affiliation with the current "nuova500.net".

3. Irrefutable Evidence of Authenticity
- Historical Proof: I have an active history of operating this FIAT 500 blog since 2008 (originally on Excite Blog) and have held the fiat500.online domain since 2018.
- Original Metadata: All articles are being systematically migrated to fiat500.online, complete with unedited, raw image data containing original EXIF metadata that the scraping site cannot replicate.
- Legal Action Taken: Google has already validated my ownership and approved multiple DMCA takedown requests against "nuova500.net" for image copyright theft.

The website "nuova500.net" is an entirely fraudulent platform built on stolen intellectual property. I strongly urge the hosting provider (o2switch) and the registrar (NameBright) to immediately terminate their services/suspend the domain to protect internet users from this deceptive site.
